RIR Power Electronics’ Odisha facility moves closer to semiconductor production

The company has completed the installation of silicon carbide epitaxial wafer manufacturing reactors at its Bhubaneswar facility and expects commercial production to begin in Q3 FY27, subject to regulatory clearances.
