EPACK Prefab Technologies has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, EPACK Data Center Solutions Private Limited, to expand into the data centre, digital infrastructure and information technology services space.
The new company was incorporated on August 31, 2026, in India, with an authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 10 lakh. The subsidiary is yet to commence business and therefore has no turnover at present, according to the company’s regulatory filing.
EPACK said the subsidiary has been established to undertake the development, establishment, operation and management of data centres and digital infrastructure, along with allied and ancillary activities and technology-enabled IT services.
The move comes after EPACK’s earlier disclosure dated August 1 regarding its proposal to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary focused on the data centre business. The company subsequently completed the incorporation process on August 31, with the Registrar of Companies issuing the certificate of incorporation on the same day.
EPACK Prefab Technologies will hold 99,998 equity shares in the new entity through a cash subscription, representing 100% ownership, with the remaining two shares held by its nominee. The company has stated that the incorporation falls under related-party transactions, with the promoter/promoter group having an interest corresponding to their shareholding. It added that the transaction has been undertaken at arm’s length.
The incorporation certificate identifies the subsidiary as EPACK Data Center Solutions Private Limited, with Corporate Identity Number U63119UW2026PTC257960. Its registered mailing address is at Riana Aureus, Sector 136, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The filing does not provide details on planned data centre capacity, investment size, project locations or a timeline for commercial operations.
