CapitaLand unveils Rs 1,940 crore Chennai data centre, expands Tamil Nadu presence

CapitaLand Investment has unveiled its Rs 1,940 crore Chennai data centre in Ambattur, marking its first data centre development in Tamil Nadu through CapitaLand India Trust. The facility will have 53 MW of gross power capacity and 34 MW of IT capacity across 13 data halls, with completion targeted by the end of 2026.
